Kruger Park Trees - Common Cluster (Sycamore) Fig

The Sycamore Fig Tree (Ficus sycomorus sycomorus), also known as the Common Cluster Fig Tree, is a very large (Grows up to 20 meters high) and beautiful evergreen tree species that is common in the Kruger National Park. The Sycamore Fig bares fruit all year round which is eaten by various animals (After Monkeys and Baboons have dropped the fruit) and the Sycamore Fig Tree is also a favourite spot for Leopard to sleep during hot summer days.
