Crocodile Bridge Rest Camp - Kruger National Park Information & Advice
The Crocodile Bridge
Rest Camp is situated outside
of Komatipoort at the Crocodile Bridge entrance gate into the Kruger
National Park. The area where the Croc Bridge Camp is situated is known
in the Kruger as "The Southern Circle" and is one of the best
areas in the Park for game viewing, and not too bad for watching birds
either. Crocodile Bridge is also very close to the famous Hippo Pool,
where one can be taken on a short tour to the Crocodile River by a guide
to view the local wildlife, namely
Hippo and
Crocodile. The camp is situated in rich vegetation surrounding by Marula
Trees And Knob Thorn Acacia's. The Lebombo mountains to the east can be
seen as well from the area. The Croc Bridge area can get extremely hot

Crocodile Bridge Rest Camp Accommodation
The Crocodile Bridge restcamp is a small, but busy, area and the accommodation available here includes: 18 camping and caravanning sites with power and communal ablutions; 8 Safari Tents and 20 bungalows, varying from 2-3 sleepers.
